Robert Markowitz has been licensed to practice law since 1966 and for decades he has been providing clients with Wills and Probate needs, as well as advice and counsel in many other legal areas. He is licensed by the Texas Supreme Court to practice in all state courts throughout Texas, though his primary practice is in Montgomery County, Texas. This includes Conroe, City of Montgomery, The Woodlands, Willis, Magnolia, New Caney, and other smaller municipalities throughout the county. He is a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association, the Montgomery County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, as well as the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. He is committed to timely providing competent legal services to clients at reasonable rates, with exceptional availability on a one-on-one basis to discuss and resolve the client’s legal concerns or problems.

Robert Markowitz is a native Houstonian, a part time resident of Montgomery County beginning in 1976 and a full time resident since 1999. He graduated from the University of Texas with a BA degree in 1963, and from University of Houston Bates College of Law in 1966.
